With over 30 years of business experience, and specialising in the dental sector for the last eight of those, Heather joined Goodman Grant in January 2017. 

Her previous role as Director of a large well-known dental and pharmacy sales broker involved her negotiating high-value sales whilst managing the specialist team and overseeing all sales transactions.   She has valued thousands of healthcare businesses and advised owners of their best options when considering their futures – in terms of acquisition, expansion and exit strategies, as well as having regular articles published in the dental press. 

Heather’s expertise has now been brought to Goodman Grant’s Business Services division, offering unparalleled support to all of our clients and their journey through the life-cycle of being a dental professional.

Heather is skilled in understanding people and their needs, can help identify and assess practice opportunities by ‘stripping back’ sales agents’ particulars to see the real practice beneath, advise on profitability, EBITDA and value calculations and helps you to ensure that your investment in a practice purchase is well placed.
